It is with regret that I report the passing of the Gap Band
bassist, Robert Wilson, at the age of 53. He apparently died of a heart attack
on Sunday, August 15, 2010. “My heart is yearning for your love….” ♫
The Gap Band is one of my all time favorite bands. This news has
saddened me immensely, as it will some of you.
